摘要:可视化实验观测了闭式环路脉动热管内的典型气-液两相工质的运行特性,探讨了热负荷对脉动热管内气液两相分布特性的影响。研究发现:脉动热管内工质的运行状态主要包括三类:脉动运行、不定向循环与脉动交替运行和定向循环运行;随着热负荷的升高,管内气液两相工质循环流动趋势增强,工质运行状态由脉动运行向定向循环运行转变,并且脉动热管内离散气泡所占的份额出现先减小后增大的趋势。?????

Visualization study on the operation characteristic of vapor-liquid two-phase flow in pulsating heat pipe
Abstract:A visualization study is conducted to study operation characteristic of vapor-liquid two-phase flow in pulsating heat pipe. The influence of heat load, liquid filling ratio on vapor-liquid two-phase distribution is analyzed. Three types of operation mode of vapor-liquid two-phase flow in pulsating heat pipe is observed, including pulsating operation, alternate operation of pulsating and unidirectional circulation, and directional circulation. The results indicate that the trend of working fluid circulation is enhanced with the increasing heat load, resulting in the transition of operation mode of vapor-liquid two-phase from pulsating operation to directional circulation. In addition, the proportion of dispersed bubbles decreases and then increases, and the average size of total bubbles are inversely proportional to the filling ratio.
