散热片钢锭模传热行为数学模拟研究

摘要:钢锭的冷却过程中会出现疏松,缩孔和偏析等缺陷。本文提出在钢锭模上加散热片来加快钢锭的冷却,分析加不同形状的散热片后钢锭凝固过程中的温度场变化、全凝时间、缩孔情况等传热行为。研究表明:加散热片后钢锭凝固时间缩短了60s,而且水平布置的散热片与竖直布置的散热片相比凝固速率加快了16%,本体全凝时间加散热片比不加散热片增加了45%,加水平散热片比竖直散热片增加了25%。

Simulation on Sequential Mathematical Simulation on Heat Transfer Behavior of Steel Ingot Mould with Heat Sinks
Abstract:Steel Ingot will appear defects during the cooling process, such as porosity shrinkage cavity and segregation .In this paper, place heat sinks on the ingot mould to speed the cooling of the ingot. With different shapes heat sinks, analysis the heat transfer behavior of steel ingot, such as Temperature field, total solidification time, shrinkage cavity etc, during the pocess of solidification. Studies have shown that the solidification time of ingot shortens 60 s with heat sinks, And the solidification rates of horizontal layout more accelerated than vertical layout by 16%.Ontology total solidification time, heat sinks increased 45% than not to add heat sinks, horizontal layout increased 25% than vertical layout.
