System Simulation and Analysis of HARQ Retransmission Link Selection in Cloud Radio Access Networks

Abstract:The paper presents three new schemes of dynamic retransmission link selection of hybrid automatic repeat quest (HARQ) in cloud radio access networks (C-RAN) based on different measuring criteria. They are: selection of the best retransmission link by reference signal receiving power (RSRP), signal to interference and noise ratio (SINR), and signal to leakage and noise ratio (SLNR). As the system simulation results given below in the paper show that the three schemes have much improvement on the traditional schemes based on static selection of retransmission link both in the average retransmission times, and the average target users throughput (commonly the cell edge users).

摘要:这篇论文提出了在C-RAN下基于不同度量准则的三种动态混合自动重传链路选择方法。它们分别是:基于参考信号接收功率(RSRP)、基于信干噪比(SINR)和基于信泄比(SLNR)的自动重传链路选择方法。本论文给出的系统级仿真结果表明这三种自动重传链路选择方法比传统的未进行重传链路选择的方法在平均重传次数和平均目标用户吞吐量方面有更优的表现,尤其是对小区边缘用户,这种优势更加明显。
