RH吹气及脱气行为模拟研究

摘要:本文依据相似原理,以鞍钢第三炼钢厂钢包和RH真空设备为原型,建立与原型尺寸比为1:4的物理模型,用NaOH代替钢液进行模拟吹气及脱气行为。通过对不同提气量和真空度条件下的对比试验,可以得出:吹气过程,真空度为3575pa时PH下降比真空度为3238pa时快10.11%,提气量为3.0时PH下降比提气量为5.2时少30%.脱气过程,时间为前20min,提气量为5.2时,CO2浓度下降最快达0.02007,比提气量为3.0时快20%,真空度为3625Pa时CO2浓度下降比真空度为3288Pa时快6%。

Blowing and RH degassing behavior simulation study
Abstract:Based on similar principles to anshan the third steel ladle and RH vacuum equipment as the prototype, the physical model and prototype size ratio of 1:4, using NaOH instead of blowing air to simulate the liquid steel and degassing behavior. Under the condition of different gas and vacuum degree through contrast test, we can draw: blowing process, vacuum degree for 3575 pa PH drop 10.11% faster than when vacuum is 3238 pa, carry capacity of 3.0 PH drop beatty volume of 5.2 30% less degassing process, before the time for 20 min, volume of 5.2, CO2 concentration decreased fastest 0.02007, beatie volume of 3.0 20% faster, vacuum degree for 3625 pa CO2 concentration decreased 6% faster than when vacuum is 3288 pa.
