纳米钛酸钡的合成

摘要:本文通过水热法成功的合成了6-210nm的钛酸钡。通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)对样品的结构和形貌进行表征,得到的钛酸钡尺寸分布较窄具有良好的结晶性和单分散性。本文系统的分析了在油酸和聚乙二醇作为表面活性剂制备纳米钛酸钡时,反应的时间、温度和浓度对样品形貌、尺寸的影响。结论显示:油酸作为表面包覆剂时,反应时间和温度对样品的尺寸影响不大,提高前驱体浓度可以有效的调高样品尺寸;聚乙二醇作为表面活性剂时,反应时间对样品的尺寸有决定性影响,提高反应时间,可以有效的提高样品尺寸,而且样品的单分散性提高。

Synthesis of nano-sized barium titanate
Abstract:In this paper,barium titanate (BTO) nanoparticles (NPs) with various sizes from 6 to 210 nm were synthesized by one-step hydrothermal method. The powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) display the formation of high crystalline of BTO NPs with a narrow size distribution.The key condition to control the reaction has been discussed. When oleic acid as coating agent, precursor concentation paly a key role in the size control, the sample size increased with the precursor concentation increasing.When polyethylene glycol as stabilizer, rection time also play an important role in the szie change beside precursor concentation,with the reaction time increasing sample size increased.
