基于混合型多极边界元法的矫直过程研究

摘要:多极边界元法作为一种有效的数值计算方法,近年来在工程上得到了广泛的应用。本文以多极边界元法为基础提出一种混合型多极边界元法,该方法更适合与求解复杂的接触问题。利用该方法分析中厚板辊式矫直过程,可以分析中性层偏移的动态变化规律,确定中性层偏移公式,这些是用有限元法无法得到的。中性层偏移是一直被人们忽视的影响矫直力模型精度的重要因素之一,通过对中性层偏移公式的修正,将其应用到矫直力模型的建立中,可以提高矫直力模型的计算精度,进而改善矫直效果。

Research on straightening process based on fast multipole boundary element method
Abstract:Fast multipole boundary element method (FM-BEM) is an efficient numerical method. It is widely applied in engineering problems. In this paper, mixed fast multipole boundary element method (MFM-BEM) is presented based on FM-BEM and it is more suitable for solving engineering problems. In plate roller straightening process, the straightening quality is not ideal because straightening force has a big error. However, the traditional numerical method is not satisfied the engineering requirement. FM-BEM is applied to analysis the straightening process and the neutral layer offset formula is obtained. The law of neutral layer offset is analyzed and modified. The law of neutral layer offset can be used to establish the straightening force model. This reach is benefit for increasing straightening precision and improving the straightening quality.
