喷嘴高压雾化雾滴场空间分布特性研究

摘要:为了进一步加强对喷嘴高压雾化雾滴场空间分布特性的研究,在对喷嘴雾化质量参数及现有喷雾测量方法进行分析的基础上,建立了基于Winner312激光粒度分析仪的喷嘴雾化雾场特性实验平台,优选出了5大类10种高效雾化喷嘴,对10种喷嘴在7个测点4个压力(2MPa、4 MPa、6 MPa、8 MPa)下的雾化粒度进行了测定,根据数据分析得出: 离喷嘴越近,雾滴的粒径越小,雾化效果越好,且随着喷雾压力的上升,7个测点粒径数据出现不同程度的减小,并最终选定8MPa为最佳工作压力。

Study of the Spatial Distribution Characteristics of Pressure Type Atomizer Droplet Field
Abstract:In order to further strengthen the research about spatial distribution characteristics of high pressure atomized droplets field, the paper analyzed the quality of nozzle atomization parameters and the existing spray method. Based on the nozzle spray field characteristics of experiment platform with Winner312 laser particle size analyzer, the paper carried relevant experiments. After optimizing the five categories of 10 kinds of nozzle, atomized particle sizes of 10 kinds of efficient atomization nozzle were determined in 7 points with 4 pressure (2 MPa, 4 MPa, 6 MPa, 8 MPa). According to the data analysis, the droplets size is smaller neaer the nozzle, this mean that the atomization effect better. With the rise of spray pressure, the grain size data decreased with different degree in7 points. And ultimately the paper selected 8 MPa pressure for the best work.
