摘要:二氧化硅荧光纳米粒子具有稳定的荧光性质、良好的生物相容性并且易于生物偶联的特点,因此在生物医学领域具有广泛的应用前景。本文简单介绍了二氧化硅荧光纳米粒子的制备合成方法和潜在的生物应用。最后结合二氧化硅荧光纳米粒子的优异性能,展望了其在临床医学领域的应用前景。

Synthesis and Bio-application of Fluorescent Silica Nanoparticles
Abstract:The encapsulation of organic dyes inside the silica matrix yields outstanding advantages such as significantly improved photostability of the dye, unique biocompatibility and easy surface modification for bioconjugation. Therefore, the dye-encapsulated fluorescent silica nanoparticles have attracted increasing attention in biomedical applications. This review briefly summarizes the synthetic methods and biological applications of fluorescent silica nanoparticles. At last we propose the further development prospects of the nanoparticles and the goal of this review is to realize better communication with other scientists in this field.
