激光扫描共聚焦显微镜在生物医学中的某些应用

摘要:激光扫描共聚焦显微镜能有效的排除非焦面的光线干扰,并结合激光和计算机图像处理技术,提高了光学显微镜的分辨率,能够无损伤的观察细胞、组织的二维、三维图像,是近代发展起来的一项具有跨时代意义的高科技新产品。本文首先从历史、原理及结构、成像相关因素等多个角度介绍了激光扫描共聚焦显微镜,并综述了其在生物医学中的一些应用。

Certain application of confocal laser scanning microscopy in biomedical engineering
Abstract: Confocal laser scanning microscopy can eliminate the focal plane of the light interference effectively and connect with the laser and computer image processing technology to improve the resolution of the optical microscope.It can also observe the 2-Dor 3-D images of cell and tissue without damage .It is a modern developed epochal significance of high-tech new products.This article introduce the laser scanning confocal microscope from the history, principle and structure, imaging related factors, and biological applications .
