臭氧处理对玉米秸秆的影响

摘要:研究了不同粒径和含水量的秸秆的臭氧处理效果,分析了臭氧处理秸秆的成分和酶解糖化率,确定了最佳处理条件。在最佳条件下探究了处理时间对秸秆臭氧处理效果的影响。结果表明:较小的粒径(< 48 um)和适当的含水量(45%~60%)有利于臭氧氧化反应进行,木质素含量从原料的15.04%降至2.96%,酶解糖化率从9.17%提高到39.80%。随着处理时间的延长,木质素降解速率逐渐减小。糖化率在臭氧处理60 min后达到稳定。此外,研究发现,臭氧消耗量与木质素降解量之间、木质素含量与酶解糖化率之间均有较强的线性关系。

Effects of ozonolysis treatment on maize stem
Abstract:The effects of ozonolysis of maize stem under different particle sizes and moistures were studied, the major composition and enzymatic saccharification rate were determined to conclude the optimum condition. The effects of reaction time on maize ozonolysis under optimum condition were investigated. The results showed that: the ozonolysis reaction improved at smaller particle size (< 48 um) and proper moisture (45%~60%). The lignin content decreased from 15.04% (raw) to 2.96%, saccharification rate increased from 9.17% (raw) to 39.80%. As ozonolysis proceeded, the lignin degradation speed decreased. The saccharification rate increased on more after ozonolysis 60 min. Furthermore, it was found that the correlation between ozone consumption and lignin mass loss and the correlation between lignin content and saccharification rate both have strong linearity.
