基于Adams的发动机虚拟实验仿真研究

摘要:随着社会的高速发展,机械设备在国民经济中的重要性越来越大,而发动机是所有机械设备的核心。在进行发动机研究的过程中,实验是一个不可缺少的过程。随着科学技术的发展,特别是计算机技术的发展,虚拟实验的应用越来越广泛。它不仅可以减少开支,还可以大大的缩短周期。本文借助仿真软件Adams建立了发动机仿真模型,在这建模过程中有几个重要的过程,其中包括零部件参数的设置、边界条件的设置和负荷的设置;建立了发动机整机模型以后,运用发动机运动学和动力学理论,研究和证明了此发动机模型某些零部件运动学和动力学仿真结果的正确性,包括活塞的运动学、主轴承的动力学特性。进而验证了发动机可以进行虚拟实验的科学性和正确性。

Researching on engine virtual experiment sinulati on based on Adams
Abstract:With the rapid development of society, the mechanical equipment in the national economy become more and more important.While the engine is the core of all mechanical equipments,experiments are an indispensable part in the process of conducting engine study.With the development of science and technology, especially the development of computer technology, application of virtual experiment is more and more widely.It not only can reduce the cost, but also can greatly shorten the cycle of research.This article with establishing engine simulation model by simulation software Adams, there are several important processes in this modeling process,including setting boundary conditions and parameter of load components.After the establishment of the whole engine model,Through the study of kinematics and dynamics of engine, proved that some parts of the correctness of the kinematics and dynamics simulation model of the machine.Piston dynamics of the main bearings to verify the scientificity and correctness of virtual simulation.
