新型五轴三维快速成形机的研制

摘要:快速成形技术作为一种先进的制造方法,已经广泛地应用到了各个领域。目前桌面级3D打印主要采用的是熔融沉积快速成形方法,而台阶效应和支撑结构一直是这种快速成型方法研究中的难题,对零件表面质量以及加工精度有非常大的影响。本文借鉴传统五轴联动数控机床的工作原理,对现有的桌面级快速成形机进行了改进设计,以解决台阶效应和支撑结构对样件成形质量的影响,提高设备的生产质量和加工能力。文中对具体的实现方法、程序算法和样机结构设计都进行了说明。

Development of a new five axis three-dimensional rapid prototyping machine
Abstract:As an advanced manufacturing method, rapid prototyping technologies have been applied in many fields. The technology of current desktop 3D-printers is Fused Deposition Manufacturing (FDM). The staircase effect and support structure are challenges in FDM, which have great influence on the surface quality and precision of parts . In this paper, the improved design of the traditional desktop 3D-printer is proposed based on the principle of five-axis CNC. The influence of staircase effect and support structure are solved by this new five-axis rapid prototyping machine. The implement method, programmed algorithm and machine design are illustrated and analyzed in detail.
