不同工艺灵芝提取物体外抗氧化作用及对果蝇寿命影响

摘要:比较两种不同工艺的灵芝提取物体外抗氧化与果蝇抗衰老作用。采用灵芝水提取物和超声波循环提取物饲养果蝇,研究其对果蝇寿命的影响。结果表明,两种工艺的灵芝提取物均能显著提高果蝇寿命,但灵芝水提取物体外抗氧化和对果蝇寿命延长效果都比超声波循环提取物的好。当提取物浓度为0.5%、1.0%、1.5%时,水提取物与超声波循环提取物对雌性果蝇寿命延长率分别为36.8%、48.08%、56.35%和16.42%、22.97%、27.64%,对雄性果蝇寿命延长率分别为35.41%、45.06%、50.79%和7.01%、10.63%、20.53%;比较雌雄果蝇寿命延长率,水提取物比超声波分别提高28.40%、34.43%、30.26%和20.38%、17.11%、28.71%。因此,灵芝提取物抗氧化与抗衰老作用的差异与其不同的提取工艺有关。

the effect of different process extracts of Ganoderma lucidum in vitro antioxidant and Drosophila melanogaster' life-span
Abstract:Comparing two different process extracts of Ganoderma lucidum in antioxidant and anti-aging effect. Using two different process extracts of Ganoderma lucidum to study their impact on the life of Drosophila melanogaster. The results showed that, two different process extracts of Ganoderma lucidum had good antioxidant and could obviously lengthen Drosophila melanogaster'life-span. Aqueous extract was better than Ultrasonic Circulating extract. when the concentration were 0.5%、1.0%、1.5%, The aqueous extract and Ultrasonic Circulating extract on female Drosophila melanogaster extended the life expectancy rate were 36.8%、48.08%、56.35% and 16.42%、22.97%、27.64% respectively , for the males life expectancy rate were 35.41%、45.06%、50.79%和7.01%、10.63%、20.53% respectively;compared with the female and male life expectancy rate in Drosophila melanogaster, aqueous extract increased by 28.40%、34.43%、30.26% and 20.38%、17.11%、28.71% than Ultrasonic Circulating extract. Therefore, ganoderma lucidum extract antioxidant and anti-aging effects of differences related to their different extraction process.
