碳材料填充聚合物基高介电常数复合材料的研究进展

摘要:具有高介电常数、低介电损耗并保持优良的热学力学性能的先进材料在当今电子科技市场具有极大需求。在各项相关研究中,由碳材料填充的聚合物基复合材料正在以其优异的综合性能逐步取代一些传统材料,成为人们重点开发的对象。对于炭黑、石墨、碳纳米管或石墨烯填充的聚合物基高介电复合材料已经有较多实验报道。随着技术方法的不断更新,材料的各项性能都有一定提高,更好地满足了生产使用需求。

The Research Progress of Carbon Mateiral/Polymer Composites with Improved Dielectric Permittivity
Abstract:Advanced materials with high dielectric permittivity and low dielectric loss while maintaining excellent performance in thermotics and mechanics are enjoying immense necessities in the field of electronic technology these days. Among the related researches, polymers filled by carbonaceous materials are becoming the replacement of those traditional ones and the focal point of development due to their outstanding comprehensive properties. Plenty experiments on the carbon material/polymer composites with improved dielectric permittivity-polymers filled by graphite, carbon black, carbon nanotube, and graphene have been operated and reported. Along with the updates in technical methods, each performance is being raised in order to meet the needs in production.
