配热电阻用温度仪表检定方法及不确定度分析

摘要:本文通过建立热电阻用温度仪表检定装置的数学模型,分析和评价温度仪表检定装置的测量不确定度。讨论测量不确定度的主要来源,包括仪表示值的测量重复性、仪表显示值的分辨率、直流电阻箱的输出值误差的影响。通过搭建Pt100热电阻的数学温度显示仪表系统的实验结果表明,在合成标准不确定度上不大于0.32℃;扩展不确定度上不大于0.64℃(k=2)。

Thermal resistance with temperature meter test methods for analysis and Uncertainty
Abstract:In this paper, through the establishment of a mathematical model of the thermal resistance temperature meter test equipment, analysis and evaluation of measurement uncertainty temperature meter test device. Discusses the main sources of measurement uncertainty, the impact of including instrument represents the value of the measurement repeatability, resolution instrument display value, the output value of the DC resistance box error. By Pt100 RTD with digital temperature display meter experimental results show that the combined standard uncertainty of not more than 0.32℃; the expanded uncertainty of not more than 0.64℃ (k = 2).
