测压管动态压力传递模型和实验研究

摘要:在动态压力测量中测压管是常用的压力信号引出手段。但是动态压力信号经过测压管传递之后,其幅值和相位一般都会发生显著变化。针对这一动态压力测量问题,通过理论建模研究了有限长测压管的频率响应特性。并建立了一套实验装置,通过将测压管和一参考传感器平齐置于平面波阵面上对其频响曲线进行测量。在0.1-5.0kHz的较宽频率范围内,实验结果验证了本模型的准确性。最后采用变量变换的Powell优化方法对多段测压管进行了优化设计,在一定频率范围内可以得到较为平坦的频响特性曲线。

Dynamic response of a pressure tube line: model and experiment
Abstract:Pressure tube line is a common technique to measure dynamic pressure when the pressure sensor can not be directly installed. In this paper, a theoretical model is used to predict the frequency response of a pressure tube line consisted of a single or multi-segment cylindrical tubes. Measurement is also done by placing the tube line and a reference sensor at the end of a straight waveguide containing sound wave of plane mode. The predictions of the frequency response agree very well with the measurements within the frequency range from 0.1-5kHz. Finally, Powell's method with variable transform is employed for the optimization design of the multi-segment pressure tube lines.
