纳米多孔氧化铝膜孔径的影响因素

摘要:本文采用二次阳极氧化法,以草酸为电解液,制备纳米多孔氧化铝膜,利用扫描电子显微镜对氧化铝薄膜的微观形貌进行了表征,研究了二次阳极氧化法制备纳米多孔氧化铝膜的过程中氧化电压和氧化时间对孔径大小及其分布的影响。结果表明:氧化电压对氧化膜的孔径大小和孔密度有较大影响,在一定范围内,随着氧化电压的增大,氧化膜的孔径增大,孔密度减小;氧化时间对纳米多孔氧化铝膜的孔径大小影响不明显,但对氧化膜孔分布的有序性有较大影响,随着氧化时间的延长,氧化膜孔分布的有序性变差。

Influence Factors of the pore size and its distribution for nano porous alumina membrane
Abstract:The nano-porous alumina membrane was prepared with the method of the two-step anodic oxidation in the oxalic solution. The influence of oxidation voltage and oxidation time on the pore size and its distribution was investigated. The results showed that the oxidation voltage on the oxide film had a great influence on the pore size and its density in a certain range. With the increase of oxidation voltage, the pore size in the alumina membrane increased, while its density decreased. The oxidation time did not affect the pore size obviously, but the order of the pore distribution was improved greatly. With the oxidation time increasing, the regularity of pore distribution in the alumina membrane decreased.
