摘要:基于碘离子与二溴代烯烃的特异性脱溴反应,设计合成了对碘离子具有高选择性的反应型荧光探针。此探针在 pH =7.4 的生理环境下, 有 I-的存在时,在680 nm处的荧光逐渐增强,检测的线性响应范围为0.05-300 μM, 检出限为8.8 nM。相对于常见阴离子,探针对碘离子的检测具有良好的选择性,并且被成功应用于HepG2细胞内碘离子成像检测。

A novel reaction-based fluorescent probe for detection of iodide
Abstract:A new reaction-based fluorescent probe was synthesized via the mechanism that debromination of vicinal-dibromides selectively by the assistance of iodide. A gradual ?uorescence increase at 680 nm was observed after mixing iodide with probe solution in the physiological environment (pH = 7.4). The linear response range was 0.05-300 μM, and the detection limit was 8.8 nM. This probe has a good selectivity to common anions and was successfully used for iodide ion imaging analysis in HepG2 cells.
