有机磷农药残留掌上检测器的设计

摘要:为了达到快速筛查有机磷农药污染蔬菜,保障果蔬类农产品市场安全,设计了一种能够实现现场检测的有机磷农药残留掌上检测器。基于酶抑制率法测量原理,以发光二极管(LED)为单色光源,设计了双光电检测电路,由硅光电二极管进行信号采集,信号经单片机进行数据处理,实现吸光度值和抑制率数字显示。与分光光度计的对比检测结果表明:仪器和分光光度计测量结果有较好的一致性,且操作简单,结果准确度和精密度高,能够对果蔬中有机磷农药残留进行快速检测,满足现场分析测定的要求。

Design of a hand-held organophosphorus pesticide residue detetor
Abstract:In order to detect the organophosphorus pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables and guarantee the safety of agricultural markets, a hand-held organophosphorus pesticide residue monitor, which can be used in the field test is designed in this paper. The detector is based on the enzyme inhibition method. A light emitting diode light source, a two-photoelectric sensor and a silicon photoelectric diode were used for monochromatic source,detection circuit and signal collecting, repectively. The signals are processed by microcontroller to be converted into absorbance values. After digitalization, the absorbance values and inhibition rates are sent by the microcontroller to the liquid crystal display (LCD) module. The comparison results between commercial spectrophotometer and the instrument indicate that there are not significant differences between the inhibition rates estimated by the two instruments. Using the instrument for detection is simple,sensitive and accurative. The designed instrument can be used for rapid detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables.
