柔性葡萄糖电化学生物传感器的构建

摘要:血糖的连续性测量在糖尿病的治疗中具有重要的地位,目前大部分的血糖仪只能用于体外监测,其中一个主要的原因是其刚性的结构使得植入式葡萄糖传感器的生物相容性较差。本研究从构建柔性的葡萄糖电化学传感器出发,以多壁碳纳米管和壳聚糖的复合物作酶固定材料,以柔性的具有良好生物相容性的硅橡胶为基底构建了生物电极。以葡萄糖脱氢酶(GDH)作生物催化剂,烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NAD)作辅酶,考察了构建的柔性电极生物的电化学特性及其对葡萄糖的电催化能力,并探索了其作为葡萄糖电化学传感器中的应用。结果显示,该电极对6-20 mM浓度范围内的葡萄糖有较好的线性响应,在血糖的检测中具有一定的应用潜力。

The Febrication of Flexible Glucose electrocheimstry Biosensors
Abstract:The continuous measurement of blood glucose is an important issue in the treatment of diabetes. Due to its rigid structure and lack of biocompatibility, the majority glucosemeter can only be used for measuring in vitro. This research embarks from the construction of flexible glucose sensor and multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) and chitosan (CTS) compounds were used as supporting material for the immobilization of enzymes. Silicone rubber which is flexible and possesses good biocompatibility was used as substrate in fabricating the electrode. Glucose dehydrogenase (GDH) was employed as biocatalyst to catalyze glucose and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD)was worked as coenzyme. The electrochemical properties and the ability to oxidase glucose of the bioelectrode were investigated. The results showed that the bioelectrode showed good linear response to the glucose whose concentration was between 6 mM and 20 mM which showed the potential application for blood glucose test.
