DIC在金属板料冲压成形领域的应用

摘要:基于数字图像相关(Digital Image Correlation,DIC)技术及其后处理过程,可获得板料在变形过程中全场的位移、应变历史等信息,已逐渐成为研究板料基本力学性能、成形性能及材料科学的一个重要工具。基于课题组长期对高强钢、镁铝合金、拼焊板等轻量化材料研究的基础上,总结了DIC在金属板料冲压成形领域的应用,包括获取大应变范围的应力应变曲线、板料颈缩失稳发展过程分析、PLC效应分析、极限应变获取方法、应变路径分析以及在双向拉伸试验中优化十字试件和获取板料屈服轨迹中的应用等。 分析DIC技术的优点,为DIC在板料成形研究领域中的应用及推广提供借鉴。

Application of DIC in sheet metal stamping field
Abstract:Based on Digital Image Correlation( DIC) technology and post-processing, strain and displacement history can be captured in deformation process. It has gradually become an important tool in sheet metal base mechanical properties, formability, and materials science research fields. Based on long-term research on lightweight materials, such as high strength steel, magnesium, aluminum alloy, tailor welding plate etc., summarized the application of DIC in sheet metal stamping field, included gain large strain range stress strain curve, analyze development process of sheet metal necking instability, PLC effect analysis, limit strain acquire methods, strain paths analysis, optimize cruciform specimen and obtain yield locus in biaxial tensile test with DIC etc.,.Analyzed advantages of DIC method, provide reference for application and promotion of DIC technology in sheet metal forming research field.
