扁平钢带错绕式压力容器钢带两端焊接残余应力的研究

摘要:当前扁平钢带错绕式压力容器已成功应用于80MPa级高压储氢容器,同时更高压力的储氢容器正在研制之中。随着该类容器工作压力的不断提高,以及在储氢苛刻条件下的应用,绕带层两端的焊接缺陷(残余应力)对容器整体性能的影响已经成为不可预测的因素。本文首次针对一工作压力为98MPa的该型储氢容器研究了其钢带两端焊缝处的残余应力。盲孔法测量数据表明各钢带两端焊接处应力差异性很大,部分应力较大的地方在残余应力的影响下极易产生疲劳裂纹,甚至局部屈服。

Experimental Research on Welding Residual Stress on the Ends of the Steel Ribbon of Flat Steel Ribbon Wound Pressure Vessel
Abstract:The flat steel ribbon wound pressure vessel has been successfully used for 80MPa hydrogen storage. Meanwhile, hydrogen storage vessel with higher pressure is being researched. As the increase of storage pressure and the rigorous hydrogen environment, the influence of welding residual stress on the ends of the Steel Ribbon of Flat Steel Ribbon Wound Pressure Vessel becomes unknown. In this article, the welding residual stress on the ends of the Steel Ribbon of a 98MPa Flat Steel Ribbon Wound Pressure Vessel has firstly been measured. The test data indicate that the magnitudes and directions of welding stress of each steel ribbon are of great different. Besides, endurance cracks, even local yielding, are easy to happen in weld joints that with great residual stresses.
