摘要:乳腺上皮细胞为模型研究乳腺的泌乳机制,生理及病理状态,以及用乳腺上皮细胞为生物反应器生产人类所需营养物质等一直是热点问题。原代乳腺上皮细胞的生理状态最接近其体内的生理状态,而体内状态的维持又受到很多生长因子的刺激作用,这些生长因子在原代乳腺上皮细胞体外培养的稳定生长中也起着不可缺少的作用,本文就乳腺上皮细胞的培养方法及各种生长因子的作用进行阐述,以阐明乳腺泌乳过程受关键生长因子调控的的机制。

Research progress of conjugated linoleic acid on production performance of pigs
Abstract:Mammary epithelial cells are the important cellular components of mammalian breast playing special features. It's a hot topic that taking mammary epithelial cells as a model to study mechanisms of milk, physiological and pathological conditions, as well as producing human nutrients by mammary bioreactor. Primary mammary epithelial cells are the closest to the physiological state of the body's physiological state, and the maintaince of the body condition also affected by a lot of growth factor stimulation. These growth factors also play an indispensable effect in primary mammary epithelial cells grown in vitro. Mammary epithelial cell culture methods and a variety of growth factors are briefly summarized in this article.
