改性SiC纳米粒子对ZA12合金微观组织和耐腐蚀性能的影响

摘要:本文研究了改性SiC纳米粒子对ZA12合金微观组织和耐腐蚀性能的影响,结果表明:改性SiC纳米粒子能有效地细化ZA12合金的微观组织。随着加入量的提高,ZA12合金的微观凝固组织不断细化,当加入量达到0.1%时,其凝固组织细化提高不明显。改性SiC纳米粒子能提高ZA12合金的电化学腐蚀性能,在25℃的5%NaOH溶液和3.5%NaCl溶液中,当改性SiC纳米粒子得添加量为0.1%时,ZA12合金的耐腐蚀性能相对较好。

Effect of modified SiC nanoparticles on the microstructures and corrosion resistance of ZA12 alloy
Abstract:This paper studies the effect of modified SiC nanoparticles on the microstructures and corrosion resistance of ZA12 alloy. The results show that the microstructure is effectively refined by the modified SiC nanoparticles. With the increase of modified SiC nanoparticles, the microstructures are refined gradually and when the amount is 0.1%, the enhancement of refined effect is not obvious. The modified SiC nanoparticles can enhance the electrochemical corrosion resistance of ZA12 alloy. When the amount of modified SiC nanoparticles is 0.1%, the corrosion resistance of ZA12 alloy in the 5%NaOH and 3.5%NaCl solutions at 25 ℃ are better.
