邻羧基苯甲酰二茂铁酸钙配合物的微波高效合成,晶体结构以及生物活性

摘要:邻羧基苯甲酰二茂铁过渡金属配合物由于其结构特异性和电化学活性备受科学家关注,但是,用邻羧基苯甲酰二茂铁构筑的碱土金属配合物迄今为止未见文献报道。作为生命金属钙,其同族配合物生物活性的研究意义重大。首次采用微波法合成了邻羧基苯甲酰二茂铁酸钙配合物,通过元素分析、红外光谱分析以及X-射线单晶衍射分析对其结构进行了表征,探究了该配合物对小麦赤霉病菌的抑制活性。X-射线单晶衍射测试结果表明,此配合物分子式为:[Ca(FcCOC6H4COO)2(H2O)2],斜方晶系,Pccn空间群,在空间上呈一维链状结构,并通过氢键和π-π堆积作用进一步自组装成二维层状结构以及三维网络。抑菌活性实验结果表明,此配合物对小麦赤霉病菌具有一定的抑制活性,是一种潜在的抑菌材料。

Calcium complex based on O-Ferrocecarbonyl Benzoic Acid ligand: the efficient microwave synthesis, structure and antifungal activity
Abstract:Transiton metal complexes based on O-ferrocecarbonyl benzoic acid has drawn much more attention for their potential applications in the area of biological activity and electrochemical applications. However, alkaline earth metal complexes based on O-ferrocecarbonyl benzoic acid have seldom been reported. In fact, it is very essential to study the biological activity of alkaline earth metal complexes because calcium has play an important role in human bodys. In this work, a novel calcium complex based on O-ferrocecarbonyl benzoic acid ligand has been firstly synthesized by microwave synthesis. It was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Moreover, the antifungal activity against Fusarium graminearum Schw has been studied. The crystal structure analysis by X-ray diffraction demonstrates that the molecular formula for the title coordination compound is [Ca(FcCOC6H4COO)2(H2O)2], Orthorhombic, Pccn. The coordination compound exhibites the 1D chains along a axis. With the help of hydrogen bond and π-π stacking, the adjacent 1D chains are self-assembled to the 2D layers, further to form the 3D framework. The results of biological activity test indicate that the coordination compound shows antifungal activity against Fusarium graminearum Schw and can be used as potential antifungal material.
