片状CuO对硝化棉热分解的影响

摘要:采用水热法制备了片状CuO。利用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜及能量散射光谱仪(SEM-EDS)、透射电镜(TEM)对样品进行表征。并运用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了CuO与硝化棉(NC)的相容性及对NC热分解特性的影响。结果表明:片状CuO与NC相容,混合后可安全使用. NC与混合体系NC/CuO的热分解均遵循Avrami-Erofeev方程. 较单一NC,混合体系的活化能、热爆炸临界温度、活化熵、活化焓降低,说明CuO作为催化剂能降低NC的热稳定性,加速NC分解。

Effects of Flaky CuO on Thermal Decomposition of Nitrocellulose
Abstract:Flaky-shaped CuO nano-particles (NPs) were prepared by hydrothermal method and characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope-energy dispersive spectrometry (SEM-EDS) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) method was used to estimate the compatibility of CuO with NC and investigate the effects of CuO on the thermal decomposition of NC. The results show that the flaky-shaped CuO NPs have good compati-bility with NC so that they can be used safely with NC. The thermal decomposition reactions of NC and the mixed system (NC/CuO) follow Avrami-Erofeev equation. The activation energy, the peak temperature of the thermal decomposition, the activation entropy, and the activation enthalpy of the mixed system are lower than those of NC. The results show that flaky-shaped CuO NPs play a catalytic role to reduce the thermal safety and accelerate the thermal decomposition of NC.
