基于静息状态fMRI的ADHD儿童复杂脑网络分析

摘要:注意缺陷/多动障碍(Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder,ADHD)是一种非常常见的儿童精神障碍疾病。ADHD已成为近十年来我国甚至世界一个严重的公共卫生问题。由于ADHD的病因和发病机制至今并不清楚,其诊断和治疗都有较大难度,现在ADHD的客观诊断和有效治疗已成为现在热点研究课题之一。基于静息状态功能磁共振数据对96个受试儿童(其中33个ADHD儿童,63个正常儿童)构建复杂脑网络,并求得脑网络度量参数:节点网络参数和全局网络参数,发现儿童脑网络也呈现和成人相似的小世界属性,并得出一些在大脑中对信息传递起重要作用的脑区。

Research on Complex Brain Network Analysis of ADHD based on the Resting State fMRI
Abstract:ADHD is a very common psychotic disorder in children. Its typical symptoms include inattention, hyperactivity and impulsive behavior. ADHD research has been a serious public health problem in our country and even in the world for more than ten years. Because so far the etiology and pathogenesis of ADHD is not clear, the diagnosis and treatment is difficult. The objective diagnosis and effective treatment of ADHD has become one of the hot research subjects now.In this paper,we create brain functional networks across ninety-six children (33 ADHD patients and 63 typically developing controls) based on RS-fMRI data. Then we get the global and nodal network parameters of each child. The findings indicate that the brain network of children is small world network and is the same as adults. We also get some brains which are critical for information transfer of brain networks.
