摘要:随着有机电子学发展,应用于场效应晶体管的有机半导体材料相对于传统的单晶硅场效应晶体管材料因其重量轻、柔性、低廉和大面积制备等特点,备受学术界和工业界的广泛青睐。本文综述了应用于场效应晶体管的有机半导体材料近年来研究进展。对目前报道的有机半导体材料进行了整理和分类,评述了各种类型有机半导体材料的结构特点和性能之间关系。为以后设计合成应用于场效应晶体管的高性能有机半导体材料提供有力指导。

Development of organic semiconductor for field-effect transistor
Abstract:With the development of organic electronics, organic semiconductors for field-effect transistors (FETs) have attracted great attention from both academic and industrial sectors, as they are featured by light weight, high flexibility, low-cost, and large scale fabrication as alternatives to conventional silicon-based transistor semiconductors. This work review recent research advances in using organic semiconductor for fabrication FET. In this paper, the main types of organic semiconductors were summarized, and the correlation between the structure and the properties of organic semiconductors were reviewed. This result provides useful guideline for future high performance organic semiconductor design for FET.
