含2-(1,3 -二巯基-2-亚基)丙二腈基团结构的有机场效应晶体管材料合成

摘要:本工作通过在苯环中心引入两个2-(1,3 -二巯基-2-亚基)丙二腈基团,设计合成了苯环扩展的衍生物6CNTM。通过紫外-可见吸收和循环伏安法研究其光学和电化学性质;将基于材料6CNTM的薄膜OFET的电荷传输性质被首次研究。结果显示:薄膜OFET器件具有电子传输性能,电子迁移率为6.62×10-3 cm2/Vos,阈值电压(Vth)为14V,开关比(Ion/Ioff)为4×102。为以后将这个基团引入并苯化合物中设计合成高性能、空气温度的n-型有机半导体材料提供前瞻性指导。

Core-expanded benzene fused with 2-(1,3-dithiol-2-ylidene)malonitrile groups for organic field-effect transistor
Abstract:In this paper, the core-expanded benzene derivative (6CNTM) bearing two 2-(1,3-dithiol-2-ylidene)malonitrile group at the central benzene core, are designed and synthesized. Here, their optical and electrochemical properties were investigated by UV-Vis absorption and cyclic voltammetry . Importantly, the charge transport properties of thin film OFET based-on 6CNTM were stuied for the first time. Thin film OFETs showed electron transport performance (μe=6.6×10-3cm2/Vos, Vth=14V and Ion/Ioff=4×102). This result comfimed acenes modified by two moieties are promising high-performance,ambient-stable n-type organic semiconductors.
