中压 STATCOM装置的总体设计

摘要:电力系统需要消耗大量的无功功率,且随着电力电子技术的发展,电压电流的畸变率也大为增加,因此对电力系统进行无功补偿和谐波抑制是必不可少的,本文介绍了中压STATCOM装置的设计思路,对功率柜、启动柜和控制柜的组成和作用做了详细的介绍,同时对交流跟踪控制方法和直流稳压控制方法做了相应的研究。将所设计的6kV STATCOM用于东山变电站,采用电能质量分析仪HIOKI 3196对系统电压、电流和功率因数进行测量,结果表明STATCOM投入使用后具有良好的无功补偿和谐波治理作用。

The Overall Design of The Medium Voltage STATCOM Device
Abstract:Electric system needs to consume a large amount of reactive power, and with the development of power electronics technology, the distortion rate of voltage and current are increasing, so it is essential to compensate reactive power and suppress harmonics. This paper introduced the design methods of medium voltage STATCOM device.Firstly, the composition and function of the power cabinet, starting cabinet and control cabinet is introduced in detail, Secondly, the tracking control method of AC and DC voltage control method is studied. According to the design method in the paper, a 6kV STATCOM was manufactured and used in the Dongshan substation.The system voltage、current and power factor were measured by using the quality analyzer HIOKI 3196 ,and the results showed that STATCOM 's effect on reactive power compensation and harmonics suppress are good.
