摘要:抗HIV活性天然产物Przewalskin B是具有独特的五元螺环和a-羟基-β酮内酯结构的二萜化合物,其独特的结构及生物活性引起合成化学家的兴趣。本文以天然产物Przewalskin B的不对称全合成为目标,以环己烯酮为起始原料,以不对称迈克加成为关键反应完成了其二环中间体的不对称合成及Przewalskin B的形式不对称全合成。

Formal Asymmetric Synthesis of Natural Product Przewalskin B
Abstract:The anti-HIV active natural product of Przewalskin B is two diterpenoid compound with unique structure of five member ring of spiro and a- hydroxy beta keto lactone structure. Its unique structure and biological activity has drawn the attention of organic chemists to make this compound as an unusually appealing synthetic target. In this paper, a formal asymmetric total synthesis of przewalskin B or asymmetric total synthesis of the intermediater is described from cyclohexenone as starting material, and by using asymmetric Michael addition as key reaction.
