聚碳硅烷与二乙烯基苯的交联反应及其发光性能研究

摘要:为研究聚碳硅烷(PCS)与二乙烯基苯(DVB)交联反应的反应机理及其产物的发光性能,通过硅氢加成反应合成了不同交联反应时间的PCS/DVB。利用红外光谱(FT-IR)和核磁共振(NMR)对产物进行结构表征,通过荧光光谱(PL)对产物发光性能进行研究,采用热重(TG)分析对产物的热稳定性进行评价。结果表明,PCS/DVB具有由-Si-C-Si-、-Si-H、-Si-CH3和-Si-CH2-CH2-phenyl组成的σ-π共轭结构,使得离域作用更为明显,从而提高了PCS的发光性能。随着交联反应时间的增加,PCS/DVB的荧光发射强度增大。

Photoluminescence properties and cross-linking reaction of polycarbosilane/divinylbenzene
Abstract:Reaction mechanisms and photoluminescence (PL) properties of polycarbosilane/divinylbenzene (PCS/DVB) with different cross-linking reaction time were investigated. Their microstructure were characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) and Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). PL properties was carried out at room temperature by Fluorescence spectrophotometer. Thermal stability was performed on a thermal gravimetric analysis (TG). The results show that PCS/DVB samples with σ-π conjugated structure consist of -Si-C-Si-, -Si-H, -Si-CH3 and -Si-CH2-CH2-phenyl. The higher PL intensity of PCS/DVB samples is attributed to the stronger electrons delocalization level of the extended σ-π conjugation. Moreover, the fluorescence emission intensity of PCS/DVB increases with the rise of hydrosilylation crosslinking reaction time.
