铁路网瓶颈区段请求车限额分配优化模型研究

摘要:针对铁路网中部分瓶颈区段货运能力难以满足运输需求的现状,在货主申报的货运"请求"必须有所取舍的情况下,逐层递进探讨了以周转量最大化、以运输收入最大化和以综合效益指标最优为决策目标的瓶颈区段"请求"车限额分配方法,并最终考虑货运需求审批的经济效益、均衡性和优先级等多项指标,构建了瓶颈区段运能资源优化分配的多目标数学规划模型。

Optimal Allocation Model for Railcar Requisition to Pass the Bottleneck Section of Railway Network
Abstract:Nowadays, parts of the railway bottleneck section's carrying capacity can not meet the transportation needs. In the case that the requsting demand must be selected, we discussed the method of allocating car requisition with the objective of maximizing car-kilometres, maximizing transportation revenue and optimizing the integrated efficiency indicators step by step. At last, taking into account the multi indicators for approving freight transportation demand including economic benefits, equilibrium and priority, we constructed a multi objective programming model for optimizing the allocation of transportation resources of railway bottleneck section.?????
