抗精噁唑禾草灵菵草的交互抗性研究

摘要:运用dCAPS方法确定三个抗精噁唑禾草灵菵草(Beckmannia syzigachne Steud.)种群的突变频率,证明这三个抗性种群为几乎完全纯合突变的种群,而后对其交互抗性进行研究,确定Ile-1781-Leu突变对APPs类药剂,烯草酮,唑啉草酯产生高抗,对烯禾啶则产生中抗;Ile-2041-Asn突变对精喹禾灵、精吡氟禾草灵、氰氟草酯、噁唑酰草胺以及唑啉草酯产生高抗,对高效氟吡甲禾灵、炔草酸以及烯草酮产生中抗,对烯禾啶表现为敏感;Gly-2096-Ala突变对精吡氟禾草灵,噁唑酰草胺及唑啉草酯产生高抗,对高效氟吡甲禾灵,精喹禾灵,氰氟草酯,炔草酸及烯草酮都产生中抗,对烯禾啶表现为敏感。

Cross-resistance patterns to ACCase-inhibiting herbicides associated with different ACCase mutations in American sloughgrass (Beckmannia syzigachne Steud.)
Abstract:In this paper, the derived cleaved amplified polymorphic sequence (dCAPS) method was used to confirm the mutation frequencies in the three populations. The Ile-1781-Leu mutation was associated with high resistance to all tested APPs (aryloxyphen-oxypropionates), sethoxydim, and pinoxaden and was also associated with moderate resistance to clethodim. The Ile-2041-Asn mutation was associated with high resistance to fluazifop-P-butyl, clodinafop-propargyl, cyhalofop-butyl, metamifop and pinoxaden; moderate resistance to haloxyfop-R-methyl, quizalofop-P-ethyl, sethoxydim; and sensitivity to clethodim. The Gly-2096-Ala mutation was associated with high resistance to clodinafop-propargyl, metamifop, and pinoxaden; moderate resistance to haloxyfop-R-methyl, cyhalofop-butyl, quizalofop-P-ethyl, fluazifop-P-butyl and sethoxydim; and sensitivity to clethodim. The mutation frequencies of the three populations were confirmed, and cross-resistance patterns to ACCase-inhibitors in B. syzigachne were characterised.
