新型近海绿色客运系统概念设计及关键技术研究

摘要:随着气候变暖,资源逐年耗竭,环境污染等全球性问题的日益严峻,以低能耗、低排放、低污染为基础的低碳经济逐渐成为全球经济发展的主要模式。船舶因高能耗、高排放,是发展低碳经济的一项至关重要的内容。海上有丰富的风能,太阳能和波浪能等绿色能源储备。但是利用海上绿色能源的一个最大问题是能源的输送问题。针对上述问题,本文提出一种新型近海绿色客运系统。该系统由发电端、可移动式蓄电池和电力推进客运船组成。发电端设置于客运船的航线中,将风能、太阳能和波浪能转化为电能储存在蓄电池中。通过更换蓄电池的方法,避免因充电问题影响客运船的营运效率。本项目为海上绿色能源的开发利用以及近海客运提供了一种新的思路,对船舶节能、环保具有重要意义。

A Research about Key Technologies of A Conceptual Design about Offshore Ferry Transportation System Based on Clean Energy
Abstract:Global issues, such as climate warming, resource exhaustion and environment pollution, are causing concern all around the world. Low-carbon economy, which is consisted of low energy consumption, low emission and low pollution, is becoming the main mode of the global economy development. And navigation is a fundamental part of it. The truth is that there is quite a few clean energy such as wind energy, solar energy and ocean wave energy. However, considering the transmission problem, the use of these green energy is now at a standstill. This article introduces a new conceptual design of offshore ferry transportation system based on clean energy. The system consists of power station, the movable accumulators and ferry powered by electricity. The power station is located in ship route, and its function is to transfer these green energy into electricity and save it into the accumulators. By meanings of changing the accumulators directly, the whole shipping efficiency can improve a lot. The design provides a new method to the use of ocean energy and offshore transportation and owns a significance to energy saving ships and environmental protection.
