摘要:脑出血具有高发病率、高致残率和高死亡率的特点,近些年对脑出血的临床与基础研究均有很大进展。其中炎症损伤机制在脑出血引起的神经性损伤发挥重要的作用已引起人们高度重视。TLRs( Toll-like receptors,TLRs)是先天性免疫系统最重要的模式识别受体( pattern recognition receptors,PRRs),在先天免疫和炎症中发挥着关键作用。本文就TLRs信号通路参与脑出血引起的炎症损伤进行综述。

Toll-like receptors signaling pathway and cerebral hemorrhage
Abstract:Cerebral hemorrhage is a common fatal stroke, accounting for 15-20% of stroke. Hemorrhagic stroke has the characteristics of high mortality and morbidity, and increased evidence that the innate immune response and inflammatory injury played a vital role in cerebral hemorrhage caused by nerve injury. However, the involvement of cerebral hemorrhage caused by nerve damage signaling pathway remains to be studied. TLRs (Toll-like receptors, TLRs) of the innate immune system were the most important pattern recognition receptors (pattern recognition receptors,PRRs), recognize highly conserved microbial components - pathogen-associated molecular patterns, plays a key role in innate immunity and inflammation. In this review, we recently found on TLRs signaling pathways involved in inflammation and brain damage caused by cerebral hemorrhage summarized.
