中国制造业低碳化发展水平评价与比较研究

摘要:本文运用灰色关联投影法对2003-2011年中国制造业整体以及2010年和2011年制造业分行业的低碳化发展水平进行了综合评价研究。结果显示,中国制造业低碳化发展水平总体呈现上升的发展趋势。分行业比较分析表明,高新技术产业的低碳化发展水平较高,而传统制造业产业低碳化发展水平相对较低,这与高新技术产业碳生产力水平高于传统制造业产业的事实相符,并且2010年和2011年这结果均成立。基于上述结论,提出政策建议:通过调整能源消费结构,优化产业结构,提高制造业碳生产力,从而提升制造业低碳化发展水平。

Evaluation and Comparison of Low-carbon Development Level of China's Manufacturing Industry
Abstract:Based on grey relation projection method , low-carbon development level of the whole of china's manufacturing industry as well as manufacturing industry by sector in 2010 and in 2011 are evaluated and compared. The results indicate that low-carbon development level of china's manufacturing industry presents the trend of increasing. Industry-specific analysis reveals that low-carbon development level of high-tech industries is much higher,while the tradition industries is relatively lower,both in 2010 and in 2011, the results are correct. The reason behind is that carbon productivity of high-tech industries is significantly higher the tradition industries. Based on these results,this paper puts forward some policy recommendationsis that through optimizing the industrial structure and adjusting structure of energy consumption to improve carbon productivity and low-carbon development level.
