回收铁屑的新技术

摘要:金属铁产品从铁水到成品需要经过一系列加工,而在加工过程中不可避免会产生许多废铁屑。由于金属铁的广泛应用且铁屑的回收并没有十分高效的方法,因此回收铁屑是个值得研究的课题。本文介绍了一个固态回收铁屑的新方法,不需要经过熔化,排污少,工序少。使用本文方法可直接利用铁屑通过冷压-热轧生产不锈钢/铁屑复合板,通过金相观察,剪切实验,弯曲测试对复合板性能进行了检验。实验结果显示两金属界面结合紧密,没有不良空洞及缝隙,剪切强度超过国家标准规定值,弯曲结果显示两金属在大变形情况下结合紧密,表现出良好的塑性。本文方法较传统铁屑回收方法具有低能耗,产生新铁屑少的特点。

A New Technique for Recycling Iron Scraps
Abstract:Among the various steps of iron production from liquid metal, a lot of scrap is generated due to the machining operations. Therefore, recycling of iron scraps is an interesting subject because of the broad applications of this metal and low efficiency of processes used to recycle metal scrap. In this paper, a new solid-state technique for recycling iron scraps with low air pollution and less steps without intervening re-melting phase was introdueced. Iron scraps were recycled directly through the production of stainless steel/iron scraps clad plate by cold pressing followed by hot rolling, the performance of the clad plate were measured by metallographic observation, shearing test and bending test. The results show that the interface between the two metals is closely bonded without voids and crack, the shear strength is higher than the national standard, bending results show that the two metal combined closely under the condition of large deformation and the clad plate displays good plasticity. In addition, the new technique provides low energy consumption and less new scraps as compared with conventional methods.
