竹酢粉对断奶仔猪生产性能、消化道内容物pH和血清生化、抗氧化、免疫指标的影响?

摘要:(目的)本试验旨在分析竹酢粉的主要化学组成,并初步探究不同添加量的竹酢粉对断奶仔猪生产性能、腹泻情况、消化道内容物pH及血清生化、抗氧化、免疫指标的影响。 (方法)使用气质联用技术(GC-MS)分析竹酢粉水溶液主要化学组成。动物实验选用45头31日龄"杜×长×大"断奶公仔猪(体重6.74±0.17kg),随机分配至5组,分别为:对照组(CON,基础饲粮)、抗生素组(ANT,基础饲粮+0.12%复合抗生素)、竹酢粉0.1%组(BV1,基础饲粮+0.1%竹酢粉)、竹酢粉0.5%组(BV5,基础饲粮+0.5%竹酢粉)、竹酢粉1%组(BV10,基础饲粮+1%竹酢粉),每组3个重复,试验期35d。(结果)结果表明:竹酢粉的主要化学组成为酚类、醛类、有机酸、酮类及杂环类等化合物。断奶仔猪日粮中添加竹酢粉,可显著降低料重比(P<0.05),并有减轻仔猪腹泻率、腹泻指数的趋势(P<0.1),竹酢粉提高生产性能的效果堪比抗生素。添加竹酢粉可显著改善仔猪血清胆固醇(CHOL)、血糖(GLU)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)等生化、抗氧化指标(P<0.05);亦可显著降低胃液pH(P<0.05),改善胃肠道内环境。(结论)综上,竹酢粉有替代抗生素作为断奶仔猪促生长添加剂的潜力,适宜添加比例为0.5%左右。

Effects of Bamboo Vinegar Powder on Growth Performance, Digestive Tract Content pH and Serum Biochemical, Anti-Oxidant And Immune Indexes of Weaned Piglets
Abstract:(Objective)The aim of this study is to analyze the composition of bamboo vinegar powder and explore its effects of on growth performance, diarrhea situation, digestive tract content pH and serum biochemical, antioxidant, immune indexes of weaned piglets by different dosage. (Method) Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer(GC-MS) was used to analyze the components of bamboo vinegar powder. For in vivo experiment, 45 crossbred(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire) weaned piglets (all male, body weight 6.74±0.17kg) at 31 days of age were randomly assigned to 5 treatments with 3 replicates per treatment and 3 piglets in each replicate. The 5 treatments were as follows: CON(a basal diet), ANT(the basal diet+ antibiotics), BV1(the basal diet+ 0.1%bamboo vinegar powder), BV5(the basal diet+ 0.5%bamboo vinegar powder), BV10(the basal diet+ 1%bamboo vinegar powder). This experiment lasted 35 days. (Result) The major components of bamboo vinegar powder could be divided into phenols, aldehydes, organic acids, ketones and heterocyclic compounds. Feed/gain ratio of BV5 was significantly deceased (P<0.05) and bamboo vinegar powder added in weaned piglets' diets had tendency to reduce diarrhea rate and diarrhea score (P<0.1). Growth improvement of bamboo vinegar powder is comparable with antibiotics. Besides, serum CHOL, GLU and GSH-Px of weaned piglets were significantly improved by bamboo vinegar powder (P<0.05). Further, pH of gastric juice was significantly decreased in BV5, indicating that the gastrointestinal tract inner environment could be improved by bamboo vinegar powder. (Conclusion) Thus, bamboo vinegar powder had the potential to replace antibiotics to be growth enhancer for weaned piglets and its appropriate dosage was 0.5%.
