Li4Ti5O12薄膜的Sol-Gel法制备与性能研究

摘要:以CH3COOLio2H2O、 Ti(C4H9O)4、乙二醇为原料,不锈钢薄片为基底,采用溶胶-凝胶(sol-gel)技术制备了厚度为150nm且表面均匀无裂痕的锂离子电池负极材料Li4Ti5O12薄膜。利用XRD、SEM及电化学性能测试等分析手段研究了不同锂钛比对薄膜结构和电化学性能的影响。结果表明:当锂钛比为5:5时,在600℃,4小时退火所得到的薄膜具有良好的结晶性,组装成半电池后的容量高达820mAh/cm3,经过40次充放电循环后容量保持率达90%。

Study on the preparation and characterization of Li4Ti5O12 anode thin films by sol-gel
Abstract:Homogeneous and crack-free Li4Ti5O12 coatings with thickness around 150nm have been prepared by a sol-gel method of spin-coating using stainless steel as the substrate and the lithium acetate ,tetrabutyl titanate,ethanediol as raw material.The influence of the ratio of Li:Ti on the structure and electrochemical behavior was studied. XRD, SEM and determination of the electrochemical properties show that the prepared Li4Ti5O12 films have a good crystallinity and also exhibit high discharge specific capacities that reach up to 820 mAh/cm3 with excellent cycle performance for about 90% of the capacity is maintained after 40 cycles when treated at 600℃ and the ratio of Li:Ti was 5:5.
