NiO/TiO2复合结构的制备及其电化学性能研究

摘要:本文以经过阳极氧化法得到的TiO2纳米管有序阵列薄膜为基底材料,采用化学浴沉积法再经后续热处理成功制备了NiO/TiO2复合结构。分别采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)和能谱(EDS)等对样品的物相组成、结构和形貌进行了表征。最后,利用循环伏安法和恒电流充放电法对样品的电化学性能进行测试。结果表明:通过化学浴法,NiO纳米颗粒可以在TiO2纳米管的管内和管外沉积,且沉积的NiO的量随着前驱体液中Ni(NO3) 6H2O浓度的增大而增大,得到的NiO/TiO2复合结构的比电容值也随之增大,但当前驱液中硝酸镍浓度增大到一定值时,其比电容值反而开始降低,这可能是由于NiO沉积量太多团聚在一起导致的。在硝酸镍浓度为0.01mol/L时得到的NiO/TiO2的超电容性能最好,其在充放电电流密度为0.2 A/g时,比电容值达到84.56 F/g,且经过500次循环后其电容量仍可保持初始电容的73%,表明所制备的NiO/TiO2复合结构具有优异的循环稳定性。

Preparation and Electrochemical Properties of NiO/TiO2 Composite Structure
Abstract:In this paper, NiO/TiO2 composite structure was successfully synthesized by a chemical bath deposition method on anodized TNAs substrate. X-ray diffraction, FESEM, EDS were carried out to characterize the phase composition, microstructure and morphology of the NiO/TiO2 composite. and there electrochemical properties were investigated by cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic charge-discharge measurements. It was found out that with the increase of the concentration of the precursor solution , the amount of NiO deposited onto the TiO2 nanotube array film is gradually increased, and its electrochemical performance increases with the NiO deposition amount. But when the concentration increased up to a certain value, the capacitance of NiO/TiO2 composite begin to reduce. This may be due to the over-deposition of NiO, which formed agglomerates, blocking the ion channel. The composite prepared at 0.01M Ni(NO3)2o6H2O exhibited the maximum specific capacitance of 84.56 F g-1 at a current density of 0.2A g-1. And after 500 galvanostatic charge-diacharge cycles, it could still retains 73% of the initial capacitance,which indicated the excellent cycling stability of our NiO/TiO2 structured composite.
