一种深海压力传感器的结构设计及力学特性分析

摘要:对于深海压力探测,必须既能承受和测量深海大压力,又能测量微小的压力变化,这是海洋压力传感器所面临的大测量范围与高灵敏度之间的难题。基于油液的可压缩性,将活塞式压力平衡装置与敏感膜片组合起来,设计了一种新型深海活塞式压力传感器,其既能承受深海大压力又能实现高精度测量。最后,阐述了其工作原理及结构特点,并对其进行动态分析,得出敏感膜片应采用橡胶膜片,压力传感器内外压差较小。?

Analysis of Mechanical Properties and Structural Design of One Deep-Sea Pressure Sensors
Abstract:For the detecting of the deep sea pressure, it not only can both withstand and measure great pressure from deep sea, but also can measure small pressure changes. It is a difficult issue that must be faced when using maritime pressure sensor to commit large measuring range and high sensitivity. Based on the condensability of liquid, combination of piston pressure balancing devices and sensitive diaphragm, we present the structural design of a deep-sea sensor of piston which could withstand high pressure and realized high-precision measurement. Finally, we describe the working principle, structure characteristics of the sensor and its dynamic analysis. Concluded that the sensitive diaphragm should be used rubber diaphragm and the external pressure of pressure sensor is smaller.
