基于一次成井技术处理大型空区的试验研究

摘要:采空区是矿山生产的安全隐患之一,尤其是一些由地下开采转为露天开采的矿山,由于之前不合理的规划和开采致使露天开采台阶面下隐伏了大量未经处理、信息不详且不能进入的采空区,这些采空区严重威胁着台阶面作业人员和设备的安全。运用激光三维扫描技术通过地表钻孔对台阶面下伏空区进行精确探测,得到空区边界带有三维坐标的点云数据,从而获得空区的详细信息如大小、形状、方位等。同时结合矿山实际工程情况,提出采空区中所涉及到的针对特大采空区的处理方案。本文以洛阳栾川钼业集团股份有限公司三道庄露天矿为背景,对露天开采台阶面下伏大型空区的处理进行分析考究,选取一大型复杂空区,结合激光三维探测数据,在考虑安全、经济、技术的前提下,提出一种基于一次成井技术的深孔爆破消空处理特大采空区的方法。

The Study of Processing Large Cavity based on One Time Raise Driving Technology
Abstract:Cavitiy is one of the serious problems during mining operation, especially those unmapped and unaccessible ones under open pit benches, these cavities which were lefted by former underground mining severely threatened the personnel and equipments on benches. A ruggedized small laser scanner can be used through borehole to obtain a very clear visual 3D model of the cavity such as the size, the shape and the orientation of the cavity in a very short time. These detailed datum of cavity are essential for later planning of disposal no matter what disposal method will be selected. A large cavity under Sandaozhuang open pit bench were chosen to study the disposal scheme. Based on the detected 3D datum by laser scanner, the one-step shaft formation technique was employed to form a large-diameter shaft in cap rock above the cavity, and this shaft will be used as compensation space for later blasting. This proposed method will provide reference for other cavity disposal in large size.
