不同温度对不锈钢包覆铁屑复合轧制的影响

摘要:不锈钢包覆铁屑复合轧制是利用金属固态回收的理念制备不锈钢复合材料成品,但目前对此复合材料的研究主要偏重于生产方法。为研究不同工艺条件对不锈钢与铁屑结合的影响,必须对影响两金属结合的主要因素进行研究。本文通过研究不同轧制温度对不锈钢包覆铁屑复合轧制的影响,通过金相观察、剪切实验,对复合性能进行检测。实验结果显示,随着温度的升高,两金属复合界面得到有效改善;1150℃时已出现扩散层,其晶粒分布较其他温度下轧制更为细小均匀;轧制后剪切强度为303.3MPa,已超过国家规定。且随着轧制温度升高,复合轧件宽展增加,不锈钢层厚度随之减小。

Effects of different temperature on composite rolling of stainless steel/iron scrap
Abstract:Composite rolling of stainless steel/iron scrap is to prepare the stainless steel composite material product by using metal solid recycling concept,but the current research mainly focus on the production method of the composite material.In order to study the effect of different process conditions on stainless steel and iron scrap,it is necessary to study on the influence factors of the two metal bonding.In this paper,by studying the different rolling temperature effects on compostie rolling of stainless steel/iron scrap,by metallographic observation,shear experiments,to test the performance of composite.The experimental results showed that with the increase of temperature,effectively improve the two metal composite interface;When the temperature reaches 1150℃,there has been a diffusion layer,the distribution of grain size is smaller and more uniform than other temperature;shear strength is 303.3MPa after rolling,which exceeded the national standard.And with increasing rolling temperature,composite rolled piece spread increases,less stainless steel layer thichness.
