单分散聚乙二醇单甲醚的合成

摘要:以二乙二醇单甲醚(MPEG2)和四乙二醇(PEG4)为原料,经对甲苯磺酰化反应和Williamson醚合成反应制得六乙二醇单甲醚(MPEG6)。考察了反应过程中投料比、反应温度和时间对醚合成反应收率的影响。结果表明,在n(MPEG2OTs):n(PEG4)=1:8,40℃反应4 h的优化反应条件下,MPEG6的收率达到67.1%。利用优化条件继续以MPEG6为原料重复上述反应,成功制备了不同聚合度的单分散聚乙二醇单甲醚(MPEG10 & MPEG14)。

Preparation of Monodisperse Methoxypolyethylene Glycols
Abstract:Methoxydiethylene glycol (MPEG2) was converted to methoxyhexaethylene glycol (MPEG6) via tosylated reaction and Williamson ether synthesis with tetraethylene glycol (PEG4). The effects of moral ratio, reaction temperature, and reaction time were investigated. A yield of 67.1% for Williamson ether synthesis was reached under the reaction conditions of n(MPEG2OTs):n(PEG4)=1:8, 40oC and 4h. The optimized reaction conditions were employed for the syntheses of methoxydecaethylene glycol (MPEG10) and methoxytetradecaethylene glycol (MPEG14).
