振动训练的神经适应机制研究进展

摘要:振动训练作为一种新兴的力量训练的辅助手段,国内外诸多研究集中于振动训练对最大力量、快速力量和力量耐力训练效果的影响方面,振动刺激引起肌肉力量变化机制有待于进一步的研究。本文运用文献分析法,从振动训练对H反射、T反射和肌肉表面肌电信号的影响三个方面入手,对近十年国内外振动训练的神经适应机制实证研究文献进行归纳、总结并对其研究趋势进行了探讨,以其为今后振动训练的神经适应机制及其运用研究提供参考。

Progress in the Research of Mechanism of Neuro-adaptation to Vibration Training
Abstract:Vibration training is a new assistant measure of strength training. Both the domestic and foreign research has focused on effects of vibration training on maximum strength, muscle power and muscle endurance. It is necessary to carry out further research on mechanism of neuromuscular adaptation to vibration training. By employing the method of literature review and summarizing the effects of vibration training on the H reflex, the T reflex and EMG, the thesis attempts to provide the reference to further research on mechanism of neuromuscular adaptation to vibration training and further application of vibration training.
