褐煤制天然气单组分催化剂的性能研究

摘要:本实验以γ-Al2O3为载体,通过浸渍法分别制备了K基、Ni基和Mo基三种单组分褐煤直接甲烷化催化剂。并在650 ℃,2 MPa的条件下采用"一步法"于固定床反应器中对上述单组分催化剂的催化气化及甲烷化性能进行了考察。结果表明,由于K30催化剂与煤焦相互作用,促进了褐煤的气化,使北宿褐煤的碳转化率与合成气各组分含量大大提高,表现出良好的催化气化及甲烷化效果。Ni15催化剂能有效提高褐煤碳转化率及甲烷产量,而少量Mo对褐煤的催化具有一定的促进作用,但负载量过多会因活性组分的团聚使催化剂性能降低。

One component catalyst of lignite direct methanation
Abstract:In this study, three kinds of one-component lignite direct methanation catalyst were prepared by impregnation method that were based K, Ni and Mo, and the γ-Al2O3 as the carrier .At the conditions of 650℃, 2MPa, "one-step" in a fixed bed reactor for the catalytic gasification and methanation performance of the one-component catalyst were investigated. The results show that, the interaction between K30 catalyst and coal promoted the lignite gasification The beisu lignite carbon conversion can be increased to 38%, and the content of the methane and the synthesis gas is high, indicating that it has good catalytic gasification and methanation effect. Ni15 catalyst can effectively improve the conversion rate of lignite carbon and methane production. And a small amount of Mo catalytic has a positive effect on the gasification of lignite coal, but due to excessive load reunion active component of the catalyst performance degradation.
