采用变容二极管的非接触直流电压传感器

摘要:本文提出了一种基于变容二极管的电子式直流电压传感器及系统,可以实现电线电压的在线非接触式测量。与传统的微机械电场传感器相比,本文提出的电子式传感器无器件运动和磨损,易于维护,实效性好。提出一种变频调谐测量方法,利用变容二极管的电容随反向直流偏压变化而改变的特性,通过寻找不同直流偏压下的谐振频率点,从而实现直流电压的在线精确测量,该方法具有大的Q值和高的测量精度。基于DSP和硬件电路构建了测量系统,通过编写软件程序实现了自动扫频调谐和测量结果同步显示,系统结构简单,成本低。实验表明:谐振频率与待测电压具有一一对应的关系,且具有较快的响应速度和较好的重复性,有广阔应用前景。

Non-contacting DC voltage sensor using varactor diode
Abstract:In this paper, an electronic DC voltage sensor and system based on varactor diode is presented to realize the non-contact measurement of voltage signals in a wire. Compared with the traditional micro-mechanical electric field sensor, the proposed electronic sensor shows a few advantages, such as easier maintenance, better effectiveness, and less device wear. Due to the high dependence of the varactor capacitance on the reverse DC bias voltage, the resonance frequency of the sensor varies with the external DC voltage. Consequently, DC voltage in a wire can be measured accurately when a frequency-tuning measurement method is utilized to obtain the resonance frequency. Hence, this proposed sensor has large Q value and high measurement accuracy. A simple and low-cost measurement system consisting of a sensor, a DSP and a frequency-tuning circuit is constructed. The system controlled by DSP program shows automatic sweep tuning and synchronization display. The experimental results demonstrate that the resonance frequency of this proposed sensor varies with DC voltage. Besides, the corresponding measurement system has fast response speed and good repeatability, which promises broad application prospects.
