摘要: 以香豆素为基本骨架进行结构修饰,设计合成了两种新型香豆素衍生物3和4,用 1H NMR,IR,EA等方法对其结构进行了表征,研究了各种金属离子对其紫外和荧光性能的影响。结果表明,3与Cu2+能够形成1:1配合物,络合后荧光增强19倍,发射波长红移18 nm,荧光量子产率由 0.009% 增加到0.17%,识别具有专一性,不受常见金属离子(K+, Na+, Ca2+, Cd2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, Ag+, Mg2+ 和Zn2+)存在的影响,可作为具有Cu2+ 识别功能的荧光探针。

Synthesis and Properties of Coumarin Derivatives Recognition of Cu2+
Abstract:Two new coumarin derivatives, 3 and 4 were synthesized from coumarin as basic frame for structural modification. Their structures were characterized by using IR,1H NMR,EA. The effects of metal ions on the UV-vis properties and fluorescence spectrum of this two coumarins were studied. Results demonstrated that 3 can form 1: 1 complexe with Cu2+, the complex fluorescence enhancemented 19 times and emission wavelength redshifted 18 nm, the fluorescence quantum yield increased from 0.009% to 0.17%. The probe was highly selective for Cu2+ over metals ions such as K+,Na+,Ca2+,Cd2+,Ni2+,Ag+,Mg2+ and Zn2+. It can be used as a fluorescent probe with Cu2+ recognition function .
