液压自由活塞发动机压缩行程可控性研究

摘要:液压自由活塞发动机(Hydraulic Free Piston Engine, HFPE)是一种通过活塞直线往复运动将燃烧产生的热能直接转化为液压能的装置。其具有压缩比可变、无怠速工况等优点,但对活塞位置的精确控制困难。本文对HFPE压缩行程的活塞受力与能量转化关系进行了分析。定义不对输出液压控制的过程为"自由压缩过程",有节流作用的调控过程为"约束压缩过程"。对力平衡点和上止点(TDC)位置移动和出现次数进行了解释。判断几种目标轨迹的可行性,进而确定运动轨迹应存在的范围。分析了活塞运动历程的可控段和不可控段,并给出了可控临界点计算方法。

Research on Controllability of Hydraulic Free Piston Engine Compression Stroke
Abstract:Hydraulic free piston engine is a kind of instrument which transfers the burnt heat into the hydraulic energy directly by the piston linear motion. It has the priority of variable compression ratio and no idling operation. However, it's more difficult to control the piston motion of HFPE than traditional engines. This paper makes analysis of the force and energy transformation of piston in compression stroke. Define the 'free compression stroke' as the compression stroke without hydraulic control and define the 'restricted compression stroke' as the compression stroke with throttle effect. Make the explanation of the move of force equilibrium position and top dead center (TDC) and the frequency of occurrence. Make a judgment of feasibility of several target tracks and analyze the boundary of the piston motion track. Analyze the controllable and uncontrollable range of piston motion history and give the calculation method of the critical point.
